Yes. Still, smooth talking can get people pretty far... unless
of course you've had that game played on you before.

the most wonderful stuff. comes down the family from my uncle harry, a dairy farmer in chatauqua county, ny. absolutely delicious, hot out of the oven with butter, or stone-cold with cream cheese, or just plain if you insist on being a heathen. do not expect the batter to taste good. it is one of the few batters that really bears no relationship to the finished product. well worth trying out. magnificent on a cold winter day. may as well make something else at the same time, too. no point heating up an oven for just one thing. a 350 oven is useful for all sorts of things -- an egg custard, comes to mind, and afterward, a good pot roast (brown whatever meat you're going to use, dump in peeled, sliced and peppered carrots and potatoes to taste, and pour in one can each of campbell's golden mushroom soup and beef broth - not consomme - and four cans of water, cover the roasting pan and roast it until the whole shooting match is done) and while it's cooking, go mow the lawn. winter is no excuse here. i think there's about one month when you don't have to mow something.

Yes, I'm talking to you. LOL! Why wouldn't I? :-)
To: King Prout
depends on what book you learned it from. the actual written language itself is utterly incomprehensible to me, so i use all phonetic representations. speaking it is pretty simple, really.

" There was another?" --(Tsunami) Just a small one. The alerts went out.
We have to be careful, we're in a shallow parrt of the Pacific here. A big tsunami would be ... distressing.
But it turned out to be okay, hardly even noticeable. Once we get into space, we won't have to worry about such things.
Just meteors, and asteroids, and solar flares, ... but not tsunamis.
