Good morning. Is the Castle spinning gently today, or is that the Sangria from last night?

Please!
Just got back from early morning Worship. I need much caffeine because the parental units will be arriving tomorrow for an unexpected visit and I have much to do. So I will be bobbing in and out today.

Be careful, the coffee is much stronger than it looks. The chocolate helps soften the edge...

It must be the Sangria. The castle is comfortably floating in the Pacific, near Eniwetok Atoll, just North of the Equator.
We are trying to gather in a little bit more of the useful substances dissolved in seawater, prior to shutting down the operation for our trip to Mars.

Figured as much. I know stability is crucial during the gathering process and expected you and the Crew were still engaged in ops.
Gotta back off that Sangria stuff, too much sugar. Not a hangover, exactly, just a bit too much energy in the AM.
Might keep some handy for trans-Martian insertion however. I understand the long burn can sap energy.

Anytime. If you need more, the coffee is in the big pot next to the fridge and the chocolate is in the cupboard directly above, next to Alice's other "additives."
Enjoy!

I'm only concerned about the lift-off, and the delicate manuevering after we get into orbit.
After we begin our rotation, the TLI and the subsequent adjustments for eta Mars will hardly be noticeable.

Must admit to being a bit concerned reading Breaking News this AM. MadIvan has not checked in about the explosions north of Londinium. He's usually Johnny-on-the-spot with happenings from the Isles, and I think I remember him saying he lived in that region. Hope he's not impacted by an evac or anything.

"Warmth"? One must define 'warmth' for me, as supposedly waves of freezer temp air drift off of me.I have an electric, heated mattress pad (in lieu of a real body) and I use flannel sheets, so I'm rather toasty at night! (Alone, but warm.)

You might want to be paying attention more to the Sangria as we make our flybys of the Moon.
Done at high speed and very low altitude, some may find them a little unnerving.
