Schumer Suggests Alito Will Use his Power "to Reverse Much of what Rosa Parks Put in Place"

In a ghoulish exploitation of the memory of a secular saint, Democrats seem intent on using Rosa Parks to attack Sam Alito.
A few minutes ago, Jesse Jackson stated that Alito is a "states rights man" whereas Rosa Parks was the victim of states rights.
Now, Chuck Schumer, apparently using the same DNC playbook, wondered whether Alito:
"will use his seat to reverse much of what Rosa Parks put in place."
Shameless.

It's been a week; how long are they going to carry her around?Just 'till the election so she can vote.

if Chuckie means what grew out of basic civil rights for minorities beyond voting, property and safety issues then by all means I hope so.

This is a good sign. If the 'Rats are already making such ridiculous statements, they are clearly losing their heads. Excellent.

I heard those remarks too; he's an ignorant little slimebag, isn't he!

Schumer is laying out the groundwork on why the Dems are going to stall the hearings until 2006, 08 or when Dems. regain the Senate.
Dems. will probably want to know about pictures he drew in kindergarten.

You know, I'm just waiting for some of these folks to start referring to Bush or Alito as a "running dog capitalist lackey"
Jeez, at least they would be in character...

I am reminded of that magnificent moment when Theoden said to Aragorn as the Uruk-hai started screaming and running up to their own death:
"And so it begins."

Schumer does not have clear sailing on this, and anything he says has the potential to hurt PIAPS as well. There are a lot of Italian Americans in New York, who further recall that Alito put a lot of mobsters in jail.
Schumer had best tread very carefully.
Meanwhile, call his office and complain.

Schumer is an old hand at using his seat to reverse much of what George Washington helped put in place ... Good one!

Schumer should . . . prepare for life out of office. My state of NY being what it is, he was re-elected with 70% of the vote. He is as safe as can be.
Schumer live on CSAN now
He is aiming to keep the same balance that O'Connor brought. "All options are on the table," in response to a question about filibuster.

All I have to say to the liberals and race hustlers is:
BRING IT ON!!!!
Its time that we had this fight - Conservative Republicans are the party of merit and freedom - democrats are the new slave masters and value by race, gender and sexual practices. Its a fight we need to have and we can win.
