I just had 3 meals today. Ended up having pizza for dinner. I didn't even snack in between meals.

The good snacking with cereal three other times is what will get you burning off lots of calories without even exercising.
Lots of studies suggest 6 times a day, keeping the metabolism going keeps the weight down compared to 2-3 meals a day.
