Drudge has it that she's practicing with mock court, preparing for hearings. Is that it? Whatta letdown.

Talk about getting sucked in by a commercial.
This was like watching The Apprentice tonight, and them saying that NEXT WEEK, you'd "see the Donald like you've NEVER seen him before!".
Reminds me of the promo for the "DON'T. CROSS. CAROLYN!" episode, which turned out to be a HUGE bust.
We really gotta quit falling for these stunts.
Of course, this may look more like a nuke hit to the starboard of the SS Harriet in the morning (God, I hope so!) than it does here at midnight.
'Night all.

I've been warning people about just this sort of thing.
The Democrats are going to turn the hearings into a Bush scandal-fest.

The only thing new about the Lotto issue is that it hasn't really hit the mainstream press yet.

Harriet's younger brother, Oscar Miers was interviewed and said, "I've got some frank advice for the president. He needs to withdraw Harriet's nomination. I've know her better than anyone and I can assure you, she's not the hot dog litigator everybody thinks she is."He added, "She can really cut the mustard. PLus, check out those buns!"

The latest Gallup Poll just announced shows the following:
Americans in favor of Miers 31%
Americans not in favor 26%
No opinion: 43%
When are some of you going to realize neither JRB or Luttig could make it through the process? The votes are not there with the Rinos and Rats against them.

John Fund is explaining how this nomination will bring up issues of GWB in Texas and the Lottery. Apparently Barnes has something do with this as Barnes had dealings with the Lottery. Is now lobbying RATS to keep it quiet.
