John Fund is explaining how this nomination will bring up issues of GWB in Texas and the Lottery. Apparently Barnes has something do with this as Barnes had dealings with the Lottery. Is now lobbying RATS to keep it quiet.
Barnes was paid 3 million per year to keep the company who ran the lottery under contract - no competitive bidding.
