There is a lot of charisma in that young man face mom!:)
How old are your sons?
Hope everybody had a great Thanksgiving. I ate too much....but it was sure good. And the best part, I didn't have to cook or clean up the mess. After I picked Dawn up at the airport, we went to Eureka Springs and found a good Thanksgiving buffet. No Ghost Tour tonight though. We might try to go back tomorrow night. I'm fixin' to head off to bed. Good night, and sweet turkey dreams.
Good Morning to You Restornu,
Hope the morning after finds you in the best of spirits.
Good morning.........grooooan..
Is it over yet?
I'm sittin in a little Coffee house in Orem, Revving the engine-- so to speak --
And here is the mountain I'm looking at. I'm in a little coffee shop on the right side of the town.
Hope you have a good one.
Think twice before buying a "Counterfeit product" it is No BARGAN when your future SOVEREIGNTY could be the price!
Most people know what terrorism is, but few understand the scope and scale of product counterfeiting.
Moreover, why would a terrorist want to sell a counterfeit toaster or pack of cigarettes?
The answer is simple and direct--money. All terrorist groupsMarxists as well as the Islamic extremistsneed money to plan, organize and conduct terrorist attacks.
Cute cartoon! Anybody go out for Black Friday? Just got back. It's a tradition! LOL. My youngest son dragged me out at 4:30 so he could get $3 off CD's at Fred Meyer. (I taught him well).
People were standing in line for over an hour inside the mall at Macys to get a $5 gift certificate and a stupid candy bar. I didn't want one, so when I tried to get in the store, people were saying, Hey! no fair! there's a line here! LOL! I hate holiday shopping!
Cool where is that at?
Buenos Dias!
Other than the car, things are going as well as one could expect.
Parents are fighting, my boss is insane. IOW pretty normal...
No one would...
Mr. Shy Turtle is deeply saddened...
I am doing ok but really really annoyed at how so many PC fools that are out there...
At one time we had a univeral language now they not only changed the definition but with out in forming the consumer!
For years it had been to get T-day dinner at a reasonable price (being one person now)some diners/resturaunts tried to get aways with turkey breast instead of the whole roasted bird.
Yesterday I order the pricy meal and ended up with all white meat!
There was a time it was univeral it was mixed unless other wised requested ALL WHITE MEAT for an added cost!
I call them asked if it was from a Whole Bird and why no dark meat "he said, no one likes dark meat you have to ask for it!"
I know dark is cheaper but to me its tastier I also know it use to be universal you had to request ALL WHITE MEAT!
He did send me some dark meat, it tasted steamed and it was all cut up into Julian strip how strange...
I think it was taken from a pot to make turkey soup!
I try to avoid shopping the day after Thanksgiving. There are few bargains worth the stress of dealing with people in large numbers. Of course, with Dawn here, we will have to do some shopping. It can't be avoided, but I don't think we will have too much occasion to be at some of the busier stores.
Perhaps if you put a sign on it warning that anyone caught attempting to steal the drugs that are hidden inside will be shot. Of course, then you have to hope the cops don't get to it first.
Can't be too shy Nully...
You just identifed to all of DD who Mr.Shy Turtle is!:)
afraid it too late for a retraction...
Whenever I shop, I go very early in the morning to avoid the crazy crowds. I hate driving around looking for a place to park. It is kind of fun sometimes, though, just to walk around the mall and feel the holiday excitement... as long as I don't have to buy anything. LOL!
I'm afraid I don't find much exciting about "the holidays" these days. I dread them, in fact. Even moreso since the PC socialists have demanded the neutralization to just a day to celebrate spending money instead of the birth of Jesus, which is, after all, the whole reason we have a "holiday" in the first place. I used to love Christmas, although not the insanity of it. Now it's just another opportunity for the malignant left to trample our American traditions and profane the sacred. The whole thing just makes me sick.
