LOL!
Great graphics, that's a keeper.
I think by now we have lost all the contributing females, and some guys are perpetually clueless.
Yes, that is both ironic and hilarious.

It was 14 months after my husband's death when I met Disaster #1. For the first 12 months after he died, I was a zombie and could not think about anything. Then I seemed to wake up and tried to make a life. I think I was too vulnerable at that time and too afraid of being alone. Otherwise, I don't think I would have been taken in by that man. Hopefully, I am wiser now, but I have not dated in a year. I really did not have very good experiences dating. Also, I have never really gotten through my grieving I guess.

....if only men would realize this is one of the most important lessons they could learn but, sadly they don't/can't/won't!Over the years I've noticed that the problem is people from different galaxies agreeing on common usage of words.
The difference between "looking" and "staring" for some of the most exotic denizens is non-existent!
Usually a seeing-eye dog and dark glasses in not an option!

LOL! Harm dragged me all over the doggie training area. I ended up on my stomach being dragged around so much that I hurt my back. The teacher could not even handle my baby. He is 3 years older now (turns four this month) so he is much better behaved. Now, he just pulls me around without dragging me to the ground. ;)

Albeit it in a different and alien direction?

Pardon me for appearing dense, but. Eligible for what?As you stated on a earlier post there are different reasons that different people have for dating
As for myself I date, or shall I say I would like to date,as a means of finding a mate, however I am not blind to a good friendship being the outcome, but that's not the purpose
And I can think of a couple things more fun for a Saturday night than posting!

The first guy I dated after my husband died was just interested in my money. I found that out just in the nick of time.Differing is a good and healthy thing, but my red flag went up immediately.
How did the perp know you had the money to be "interested in" to begin with? Please don't say "appearances".

ROFL!!!
Stay cocky...and you'll stay single ;o)Oh my word, Ms. MM.
Do I detect an underlying belief that the desire to date and the desire to remain single are absolutely and permanently mutually exclusive?
I think this is an important question, specially for those who have gone through the experiences that Fierce Allegiance and Goodgirlinred have described.

Yes, and luckily you got rid of the other rat! OUCH!
Perhaps you're being unnecessarily harsh.
The poor guy may have been 600 miles away!
