Just to clarify the headline; I believe it refers to hurricane Katrina as Gov. Blanco has
not yet been advise of hurrican Rita!
BTW: Gov. Blanco called the gov. of my state [NC] last week to offer encouragement as we faced hurricane Ophelia. It gave me a lot of comfort. [NOT!]
