Control of the Senate means nothing, when the Majority leader lacks the guts to stand up to sleazebags like Leahy and Reid. We should be demanding our money back...

Lott believes the Republicans ran him out by not standing by him. There is no love lost between him and the Bush White House. He believes the Bush team decided that Frist should be the next Republican Presidential nominee and that is why the WH didn't stand by him.

The Dems trying to derail the Janice Rogers Brown confirmation are such bigoted leftists. The idea that a Conservative African American could actually be able to be seen let alone heard is rediculous to these racist pigs.
I guess they think she should just sit back and appreciate her position and not try to put on "airs". They probably think she ought to know her place is at the back of the judicial bus.
Will the Republicans promptly surrender to the Democrats?
I hope not, but Lott's involvement worries me.
