Lott cut a deal with the same people that ran him out?? We, as conservatives, who voted R to stave off Kerry and his kooks, have been duped. Control of the Senate means nothing, when the Majority leader lacks the guts to stand up to sleazebags like Leahy and Reid. We should be demanding our money back...
Lott believes the Republicans ran him out by not standing by him. There is no love lost between him and the Bush White House. He believes the Bush team decided that Frist should be the next Republican Presidential nominee and that is why the WH didn't stand by him.
