Seem that Lott will agree to "Kill" Janice Brown and the Dems agree to only use the Filibuster when the want to.

I don't know .....Old LEAKY LEHEAY is speaking now and slamming the Pubs for holding up nominations in th e past.
If a deal is in the works, i don't think they'd be so rabid
