We could find out today if the runaway bride, who ended up in Las Vegas, will face criminal charges for lying to police about being kidnapped.

News 3's Kirstin Linquist reports that she could spend up to five years in prision, pretty bad yes, but that's nothing compared to what she is facing from friends and family.

Wilbanks is staying out of sight at her parent's house but is expected to finally make a statement today.

A question she may answer is was this planned? We found out that the ticket to Las Vegas was purchased days before she disappeared.

While in Las Vegas, Wilbanks stayed at the Treasure Island Hotel and Casino. Sources close to News 3 say she used her fiancees last name when she checked in.

The two were have supposed to marry that Saturday.

You can change your license BEFORE you're legally married? I've never heard that before.

I thought as a grown up you had the right to get up and disappear

You're right, but you don't have the right to lie to police.

I still feel we haven't heard the whole story. Although I'm not too sure I want to.

Actually, when something like this, or the Jackson trial, is at the top of the news (as opposed to, say, a terrorist attack or a stock market drop), I breathe a sigh or relief. I take it as "no news is good news."

I know Sean Hannity had a lot of sympathy for this woman on the radio yesterday, but I don't really agree. She may indeed have problems. But what happens the next time some young woman is REALLY abducted - will the authorities be slow to respond because it might be another hoax? And I'm sure the Hispanic community is none too happy about her blaming it on two Hispanic suspects.

I wish her well, but she should be held responsible somehow.

What's even weirder is the news report this morning that the prospective groom still wants to marry the goofy woman. Hard to say which of them is whackier.

With that huge wedding invitation list, likely everyone at the DMV was planning to attend. ;o)

I don't blame Sean for protecting his scoop yesterday, the husband was apparently a Hannity fan and wanted to talk to him.

It's human nature to want to be nice to a fan.

She disappeared first. Later on she lied. She's probably bipolar too. That means we will find out later that this was probably not her first disappearance.

Many people spend their days worrying about their crazy relatives wondering off into the bad part of town and getting hurt.

I said it before - the way the goofy groom is acting and was never once upset I think they were in on this together for the purpose of a made for TV movie - a book etc. I thought from the onset the groom was either very odd not once upset but rather grooving on all of it something else was happening. She cuts her hair all of it and they proclaim their love - it just doesn't jive. I bet we find out it was planned out.

I also think Hannity is just a "good guy - regular Joe" and I'm not surprised he felt as he did. (Maybe some other host would rail against her for a whole show.) And you are right, he met the people too - it's often a little harder to really give it to someone in that circumstance. Hannity comes off as very sincere to me; I just happened to disagree with him. We'll see what happens.

As far as changing her license, it didn't matter whether or not she was married, but whether her name change had been completed. They don't ask to see a marriage certificate or anything, they just ask for the order from the judge.

She must've heard that whatever happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas. If she was still there, we wouldn't even know she was.....

She met a guy. That's my conjecture.
=======

What you're not aware of is the underlying motive for all this supposedly
idiotic behavior by Jennifer and her philandering lover... Sgt. Danial Coburn !!!

Judge Greer has granted Danny a sneaky little divorce so he and
Jenny can run away to Cuba, there to actively participate in the
management of a Cuban cigar company that's owned by
conservative radio talk show host Rush Limbaugh !!!

Stay tuned to FOCK SNOOZE for further developments !!! ;-))))
