Have you seen Sin City? The Hostage. Bruce willis two latest.

Sin City was graphically powerful..(many here would be offended no doubt) - the black & white .. with the occasional red & "the yellow".. was interesting.

I have a relative who was part of the art direction team... He only works with Robert Rodriguez

Haven't seen a movie at the theater since "Team America" last year, but from what I heard, "Sin City" sounds like a Quentin Tarentino flick: violent, loud, and full of profanity. He did it right with "Reservoir Dogs" and "Pulp Fiction", both of which are excellent films. But he missed the mark with "Jackie Brown", which I found boring, and "Kill Bill", which was so over the top in violence I think Tarentino was spoofing his own movies.

Not in Australia or Argentina! Speaking of which, I miss Australian Rules Football. Now that was fun to watch. ;^)

I am officially gold-bricking. Breakfast is done and we've cleaned up (really cleaned up, fryer and everything) and got most of evening shift's prep work done, and I still have an hour and a half on the shift.

No point in telling Top that my crew is out of things to do...

Yup, Dolly, the s*** has bid us farewell (sniff) but I'm trying my best to get over it. :-) It's so nice to be able to want to get outside more. To me, days of 50 or 60 degrees feel so much warmer in the Spring than the same temps in the Fall.

Say, thanks for replying to my post. Gotta run now.

Back again...

Got thru to Voinovich's Cleveland office, and also County R Headquarters, where the young woman told me they'd been getting other calls...Still can't reach DC office.

lysie, sorry about poor Sarah...

We've just gotten hit with another line of storms like the one which struck at noon.

ride, it's good to get an update on your activities....

Some things to get arranged and settled before the day can end....the van is packed with odds & ends, for example...rake, clippers, books, papers, mail, groceries...several beverage cups ..my office away from home.

Reporting in

I am back at work. I have an important meeting in about 10 minutes that simply could not be delayed.

I need to gather my wits about me and get organized for the meeting. bbl
