Doesnt Terri Still Have a Subpoena To Attend Congressional Hearings on March 28?

While reading the latest updates on the case, I remembered that there are still these congressional hearings to be done next week.

If Terri was still alive Monday, could she be taken out of Judge Greer's jurisdiction by federal authorities to comply with the congressional order to testify? Maybe some of the more astute legal minds here could take this question on

What you posted is frightening.

Greer is a law unto himself, no other courts holding him accountable and within the law.

He can't do it. It is out of his jurisdiction. A State Judge who would issuing the warrants for arrest has the jurisdiction. Besides he may be charged as an accessory and then all his judicial powers are instantly made null and void.

Judge Greer will instantly dismiss the murder charge and quash any attempt by the executive branch to investigate the situation.

I agree. Grim Reaper Greer has his ego to maintain, and he couldn't allow anyone to question motives and actions that led him to allow the murder of Terry Schindler.

Can anyone imagine the spectacle of congressmen asking Terri questions on live television?

Think that's bad?

How 'bout Sen. Frist doing a physical exam (he eluded to) on her.

That doesn't matter unless SOMEONE is willing to stand up to him. Right now not even the President of the United States is willing to stand up to him.

If the executive branch won't intervene now to save a disabled woman's life, what makes you think they will after the fact?

And where did you read this???

No one had to read it. Michael said so himself on Larry King Live.

Talk about going off the deep end.

You just dived off the deep end by showing us your total ignorance of the case.

MIchael Schiavo publicly admitted on public TELEVISION on the LARRY KING SHOW that he did the very same thing to his parents, and it didn't bother him one bit to do it.

Maybe you should wake up before you get on the computer and start posting .

"He is above the power of Congress".

Or, as Rush said, he told Congress "go to Hell".

Healthy bodies are not starved to death "on a daily basis" in this country, not by legal means.

My, how ignorant the masses can be. It is done. The Dept of Health and Human Services is after FELOS and the Suncoast Hospice for $14 million in Medicare funds for 150 plus patients they had declared Terminally Ill and put in the Hospice with minimal care until they died. I.E. Starved them to death. Families requested another medical opinion and they were caught at it.

Felos has filed an APPEAL to keep it out of the MSM until Terri is dead. WAKE UP. THEY ARE KILLING PEOPLE UNDER YOUR NOSE FOR PROFIT.

You don't get it baby! This is a legal deadlock. Judge Greer is operating by the letter of the law and it's not a matter of people standing up to him. Greer has the law on his side. When Greer steps on the wrong side of it then the Execs can come down on him like a ton of bricks. If he is taking bribes from Michael Schiavo or the Hemlock society and there are witnesses and proof, it would go the other way. There isn't a thing in heaven or earth that he could say or do that would stop Jeb Bush from coming after him. In fact if its true the President and Congress would come down too. They would throw Greer in a cell and then get rid of the cell.

Conservatives were rightly concerned about apparent conflicts of interest and the reputation of the Florida judiciary. But Congress acted in righteous indignation, and several GOP leaders said things that they probably shouldn't have.

In hindsight, the whole effort is going to look ill-advised. I can't fault them for trying, but it's hard to see how this will be to their benefit. Whether or not they ever voted Republican in the first place, we have people here swearing they'll never vote Republican again because the GOP failed to save Terri.

It sure didn't attract any moderate or Democrat voters.

It's a FUBAR and the only consolation for party loyalists is that the elections are too far away to be affected, simply because people forget.

How about the DEPT of HEALTH and HUMAN SERVICES. Are they suspect, in your mind, as well?

This is a legal deadlock.

Yep.

Judge Greer is operating by the letter of the law and it's not a matter of people standing up to him.

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Repondents' Emergency Expedited
Motion for Permission to Provide Theresa Schiavo with Food
and Water by Natural Means is DENIED.

That is operating within the letter of the law?!

When Greer steps on the wrong side of it then the Execs can come down on him like a ton of bricks

Sadly, they won't. The same cabal of judges who have refused to review or overturn his decisions will quash any attempt by the executive or legislature. If the Governor can't intervene now while a murder is being committed in plain view, he will never intervene, and in fact has already shown his powerlessness in front of the courts.

Looks like systematic looting of funds and property of the elderly maybe going on in Pinellas County.

Why am I not surprised. Greer is a part of the network and what started out as a little back scratching to help out a fellow POS, i.e. help Felos's client kill his wife, so he can move on with his life has turned into an embarassing national spectacle.

There is no justice, only judicial process.

They can't do it and if they do as you say the Govenor can can do as Andrew Jackson said to Judge Marshall. He made a ruling but where is the power he has to enforce it. The same cabal of judges does not have jurisdiction over everything. If they do as you say then we have Civil War 2 and then we settle the issue with guns.

Starvation may not be painful,

Apparently you have never starved to death. When the body doesn't get nutrients, it starts consuming the internal organs. The body goes into convulsions. That is why they are giving her MORPHINE. Can't have the public seeing that. It might make them think this is wrong.

Do you not agree that the cabal of judges has indeed taken over? A county court judge has quashed a congressional subpoena, and a federal district court judge has ignored an act of congress.

If they do as you say then we have Civil War 2 and then we settle the issue with guns.

No, we won't. We have no leaders, only politicians. And the judges will be coming for your guns shortly.

> There is even a statement from a nurse who stated that MS told her he had no idea what Terri would have wanted.

And there are two other powerful items of proof greater than HINO's (and his brother's and a sister-in-law's) hearsay testimony that Terri casually commented about not wishing to continue being maintained artificially.

1. HINO's own slip-up on Friday, 3/18 during his most recent sojourn on the LKL program.
We didn't know what Terri wanted, but this is what we want...
from: ( http://transcripts.cnn.com/TRANSCRIPTS/0503/18/lkl.01.html )
2. The trial testimony of Terri's best HS girlfriend. They had a discussion after watching the Karen Quinlan movie. Her friend said Terri's opinion was totally pro-life and she recalled/quoted Terri saying "Where there's life, there's hope."

This an unbelievable, and adequately documented, case of fraud on the court. I am and have been absolutely beside myself that no one has seen fit to orally state or file a complaint about this issue in any of the myriad petitioned courts. Fraud on a (trial) court is a charge that can be brought up at any court level, bring any proceeding to a halt for examination of the issue and potential judgement reversal. Such a charge focuses the attention on the party charged with such fraud, and away from the judge (who will be perceived as having been innocently duped).
