Doesnt Terri Still Have a Subpoena To Attend Congressional Hearings on March 28?

While reading the latest updates on the case, I remembered that there are still these congressional hearings to be done next week.

If Terri was still alive Monday, could she be taken out of Judge Greer's jurisdiction by federal authorities to comply with the congressional order to testify? Maybe some of the more astute legal minds here could take this question on

Jeb Bush and Jaywalking !!!

If a little baby crawled out into a busy highway and sat in
the middle of the road, I'm quite sure that Governor Bush
would risk a jaywalking ticket to rush into the street and
save the child even if the Don't Walk sign was flashing !!!

Terri is an innocent and helpless child right now. Therefore, she
desparately needs someone to bravely risk arrest for jaywalking
to save her life from that evil mob of monsters who are blatantly
attempting to murdere her ... in plain view of the entire world !!!

Jaywalk NOW Jeb !!!

.

[You don't think it's cynical to subpoena a woman for a hearing knowing full well that it is impossible for her to testify?

It's not only cynical, it's cruel.]

Not to be confused with how starving her to death is "euphoric"???

18 USC 1505 was ruled unconstitutional by Judge Greer a few days ago.

Two points:

Your source is highly suspect. USA Today???

Tubes are pulled from patients who are really on life support. You know, respirators, LVADs, dialysis, etc. Those are patients who would die no matter how much you fed them. And the last thing to go is the intravenous infusion set, which keeps them hydrated. Starvation may not be painful, but dehydration is.

The subpoenas were a farce from the start, and the public knows that. Terri wasn't going to testify to anything.

Her mere presence would be sufficient to constitute testimony. Those baseball players who weren't going to testify to anything and publicly stated that they'd plead the 5th from the get-go were not excused from appearing before the Congress. This is no different.

Her very presence was going to be the testimony. The Congresspersons would be able to see with their own eyes what state she was in.

Not all testimony is the spoken word.

18 USC 1505:
Whoever corruptly, or by threats or force, or by any threatening letter or communication influences, obstructs, or impedes or endeavors to influence, obstruct, or impede the due and proper administration of the law under which any pending proceeding is being had before any department or agency of the United States, or the due and proper exercise of the power of inquiry under which any inquiry or investigation is being had by either House, or any committee of either House or any joint committee of the Congress -
Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than five years, or both.

That citation has as much weight now as statute law from the Weimar Republic.

A state judge?!

I thought Greer was a county probate judge!

That's even worse if a county probate judge cane say to Congress "Go F___ yourselves. I don't have to listen to you".

Thread pulled because of that? I found another number someone posted and I asked if this was Jeb's number - he said not his direct number. I explained that I lost the original number - he said he can't give it out - that's the way it is now.??????

On future ballots - only judges names should appear. No more campaigns for PrezVP - senators, congressman- no more donations to the party of your choice. We are....One Nation under Judges. It could never be more clear than now.

No, the law still exists, but only Democrat Presidents would think to use it to go snatch someone. The news would praise them to the heavens, while making fun of the "right wing extremists" if they opposed the President's action.

A Republican President protecting a citizen, meanwhile, would face months of outrage in the press and calls for impeachment. Imagine, for example, if Bush had killed 40 people in Waco, or snatched Elian so he could be sent to a dictatorship.

Good example. Those guys sat up there and talked for hours and said nothing. Terri could display one cognitive skill and speak volumes.

Permit me to make a minor correction:

There is no further need for ballots of any kind. The New American Reich has no need for public approval or disapproval.

Did anyone else hear the caller on Fox and Friends this morning who was a nurse at what I believe was a nursing home type facility? She was for removing the feeding tube and made a comment about how bad it was that the video of Terri watching the balloon was being shown over and over. She said Terri had been a pretty girl and to see the way she looks now was horrible. She even made a comment to the effect that she couldn't image how upset Terri would be if she suddenly woke up to find that had been played on TV. I couldn't believe what I was hearing.

Good thing that nurse isn't on the committee that determines what "quality of life" is, or she would pass a death sentence on all those who don't meet her criteria for "pretty". That is what you end up with within the postmodernist construct of not having an objective standard for truth, which is a shifting standard based on subjectivism and whomever happens to have the reigns of pwoer at the time determines what that shifting standard will be. It is precisely that kind of Neitzche extentialists philosophy that produced nazism.

And I wonder if the Repubs or Convervatives who oppose Bush doing something "radical" to save Terri would be more outraged at that or at campaign finance reform.

His next order of business is said to be the impeachment and removal of President Bush. He will appoint Hillary as Guardian Ad Litem for the entire country.
