Welcome to The Hobbit Hole!
Tomorrow we may come this way...
New verse:
Upon the hearth the fire is red, Beneath the roof there is a bed; But not yet weary are our feet, Still round the corner we may meet A sudden tree or standing stone That none have seen but we alone. Tree and flower and leaf and grass, Let them pass! Let them pass! Hill and water under sky, Pass them by! Pass them by! |
|
|
Still round the corner there may wait A new road or a secret gate, And though we pass them by today, Tomorrow we may come this way And take the hidden paths that run Towards the Moon or to the Sun. Apple, thorn, and nut and sloe, Let them go! Let them go! Sand and stone and pool and dell, Fare you well! Fare you well! |
|
Home is behind, the world ahead, And there are many paths to tread Through shadows to the edge of night, Until the stars are all alight. Then world behind and home ahead, Well wander back to home and bed. Mist and twilight, cloud and shade, Away shall fade! Away shall fade! Fire and lamp, and meat and bread, And then to bed! And then to bed! |

Yeah...and it's really only used for political stuff. I don't think I've ever seen anyone use it for personal anything. So I'd be afraid to!

Yes, but go ahead and post it on the Vermont board. Everyone who has identified themselves as being from Vermont will see it the next time they refresh their posts page (then it goes away).

I wouldn't worry about that. I know that on the WA board, there is lots of chit-chat that goes on. It sure wouldn't hurt. You don't need to re-post all your information there, just put a synopsis, and link to your thread.

Ours is not a chatty board! But I put it up, just the same.

I posted it on the MA message board. We're not too far for someone to travel to get a kitty!

I'm happy with Sean Hannity!
I don't know what there is about him that others here find not to like.

Going to check on the kitty thread...
Ugh, now I've got tummy troubles on top of everything else! Maybe I'll be skipping work tomorrow, too.

Hi there, good to hear things are good for you on the homseschool front!
I don't like Hannity either. For me, it's the "let's bad mouth all the Aggies without knowing what we're talking about" conversation with him. As a conservative, he should be aware that A&M is one of, if not *the* most conservative public univerisities in the state.
His latest stupidity is to bash FR while promoting his own blog site.
