We will not tire, we will not falter, and we will not fail!
Good morning!!
Do not let the victims of the attacks on New York and Washington, nor the brave members of our Nation's military who have given their lives to protect our freedom, die in vain!!
China, which had been ready to rapidly expand textile exports when the general agreement which governs such trade expired next January 1. The Bush Administration had been ready, in response, to limit the amount of Chinese fabric that would be dumped in this country, that readiness has been curbed by a Chinese announcement of export taxes on textiles. This is seen as a victory for the Bush Administration. (The New York Times actually printed words to the effect of the last sentence and it got by their censor, er, editor.)
The recount in Ohio will begin this week. No matter, however, as Ohio's 20 Electoral Votes will be cast today for George W. Bush, and counted as such on January 3. That hasn't, however, kept the Kerry Campaign (how many different ways can you say "loser"?) from demanding to see the 92,000 ballots in the state for which no vote was recorded for President. Never mind that President won by 119,000 votes, the LOSER wants to "inspect" those ballots anyway.
Afghan President Karzai says that The Evil One is definitely located "in the region," though United States sources admit the trail is cold.
And China will soon host the finals of the country's first "Miss Artificial Beauty" pageant. Partakers in the pageant will have all been recipients of plastic surgery to enhance their looks.
For AMERICA - The Right Way I remain yours in the Cause, the Chairman.
LET'S ROLL!!!
Good morning!!!
Hi!
Good morning! Cold and some flurries here this morning.
It's cold out there this morning. I disabled my weather bug, so I can't tell you how cold, but it's the coldest day we've had this fall. I guess I'll wear a coat today.
Today is the day the Electoral College meets. Kerry's actions are almost making Gore's concession statesmanlike.
Just thought I'd pop in before heading over to the studio for this morning's broadcast. Gonna be loads of fun yakking on camera for 4 hours with a mild URI, but it could be worse!!
This ongoing BS with the Ohio recount is silly beyond words. Does anyone with even one active brain cell (which eliminates virtually all liberals and most RATs) think that if lurch knew there was even an iota of a chance that he would have conceeded as soon as he did? Of course not. It's over. We know it, he knows it, even the race hucksters pushing this horse hockey know it. This is nothing more than part of their ongoing attempt to "energize" their base and try to de-legitimize the massive victory by the GOP.
Too bad they don't work as hard for America as they do against America...
Good luck with the URI. It can be distracting. Do we need to put you into Freeper General, too?
I think I've figured it out.
Lurch wants the Ohio recount to show that he would have won.
Then he'll get Edwards to sue the United States Government for four years of salary ($1.6 million), travel (several tens of millions, lets say $40 million), in-kind (meals, room, security--let's say another $20 million), loss of standing with Teresa (oh, never mind, he'd have to give money back for that one)--or roughly $60-70 million, plus punative damages for failing to count the ballots right.
Thus it was good to have a trial lawyer on the ticket.
That's my story and I'm sticking with it.
LOL
Kerry would have looked less silly had he let the 527 sort of organizations handle the recount requests. Involving his lawyer just makes him look like a sore loser and one who can't add at that.
Please pray for our neighbors. An ambulance has been there for 10 or so minutes. They just left, after wheeling someone out and putting them in the ambulance.
Another car followed. They are moving very slowly.
There are 3 generations that live there. The father had a heart attack a month ago. His mother walks every morning around 5:00. She's in her 80s.
I don't know who was ill, or hurt. I only know they are in need of prayers.
Thank you all.
When did all of this happen? I missed it.
Oh, Kassie! Prayers going up.
...we will go see Emily :)
...how often does an 8 week early baby completely open her eyes and look around?.....that astounds me!
..and take triple her food intake?
..and not dependent on oxygen or lung machine?
...and be soooo cute :)
Have a great day all...

Kerry lawyer seeks Ohio ballot inspection. It's easy to miss because the AP didn't write the article with a big goofy smiley face over their typeface.
