AMERICA - The Right Way!! (WEEKEND EDITION: Days 1393 and 1394) [Remember the Trade Center!!]
Various News Sources and FReepers | November 13, 2004 | All of Us

Posted on 11/13/2004 4:54:21 AM PST by Chairman_December_19th_Society

We will not tire, we will not falter, and we will not fail!

Good morning!!

Do not let the victims of the attacks on New York and Washington, nor the brave members of our Nation's military who have given their lives to protect our freedom, die in vain!!

American forces now control 80% of Fallujah. The remaining terrorists are now cornered.

Elsewhere:

Final election vote tally:

Bush = 60,480,193

Outgoing AG Ashcroft commented that there are certain judges in America which threaten National Security by ruling contradictory to the President's obligations under international treaties and agreements. Specifically, Ashcroft condemned a judge's ruling that the President's decision that Al Qa'eda members were exempt from the Geneva Conventions was wrong.

The ACLU, naturally, disagreed with Ashcroft.

For AMERICA - The Right Way, I remain yours in the Cause, the Chairman.

Know what? There are at least two paragraphs missing from that post. One was about it only taking 1200 marines to encircle and attack a city of 300,000 - and how that's impossible if there is a major insurgency.

Have you checked out Carlo's thread for recipes? I haven't been there yet.

I'm multi-tasking right now .... watching the race and doing a little FReeping and ordering bedding on-line.

Have you done any window-shopping for furniture or things like bedspreads and curtains lately? Everything is very dark and oppressive ... looks like it belongs in a Gothic novel or an old mystery movie or something. I'm wanting light and airy and it's very hard to find these days.

We were appalled at some of the furniture we saw. Most of what's out there is massive and gaudily elaborate. It was hard to find something fairly basic with clean lines.

I'm wondering if this is a reflection of the negative outlook of the liberals (who, at least stereotypically, do a lot of the design). And I'm wondering if, in a year or so, decorator items will lighten up a bit and be brighter and more cheerful.

That sounds like a letter to editor in the Seattle Times. I wouldn't put too much credence in this whining letter. The writer has no idea what is going on the in real world. The writer is just a good example of sheeple with lazy minds who listen only to the alphabet press.

bev, our weather, here, today, in central Texas is similar to weather in your area. IT IS WONDERFUL. I've been out in it, just enjoying the mist and cold on my face. Of course Roomey thinks I've gone over the edge. He just doesn't understand, sometimes I just enjoy cold, wet weather, I'd even enjoy a good layer of snow on the ground. I'd walk around in it too. Now, I can sit down and read a good book.

kerry's movie is on, the one about Vietnam, the one he tried to emulate. It's so phony.

Do you have a particular color in mind? Sears had some white, plain white. Target's had some pretty ones, in various colors, some dark, some flowery, some plain.

Hey, sweetie. you are REALLY good.. Wonderful rebut.. now to somehow save it and later FIND IT.. I always save - that part is easy.. but where ??? the mystery.

Thank you..

also enjoyed your comment re: cutting cord in half.. I have done that with electric chain saw, electric hedge trimmers & electric lawn mower. I have learned how to put them back together (It does get embarrassing to ask same person twice, & eventually I ran out of people.) Yes like your wife.. I did repeat performances!!!
