We will not tire, we will not falter, and we will not fail!
Good morning!!
Do not let the victims of the attacks on New York and Washington, nor the brave members of our Nation's military who have given their lives to protect our freedom, die in vain!!
It is said, the only good terrorist is a dead terrorist. Arafat has now become a good terrorist.
In Fallujah:
United States forces have been hitting terrorist positions in the southern part of this city with air strikes and precision artillery bombardment. This is said to be in preparation for a ground assault in this sector.
Three US soldiers have died, and 17 more wounded in the last 24 hours of fighting.
The Iraqi commander on scene has reported the capture of "hostage slaugherhouses."
The northern neighborhood of Jolan has been turned over to Iraqi forces by the Marines.
For AMERICA - The Right Way, I remain yours in the Cause, the Chairman.
its been a bad week for them...were finally winning this war
and for anyone to say god isnt on our side..look to arafats corpse, god decided he wanted to step in
we'll never give up until america can be decent again
.......Arafat.......................................Ringo Starr
Ringo isn't that ugly.....:-)
The resemblance is striking. Poor Ringo.
Yes, that's the only place I've seen it, although it was apparently reported there a couple of times according to that FR thread I linked. As I said, it'll somehow be discounted.

Victory in Fallujah Ralph Peters
He's got 2 of 'em Peggy Noonan
So let Jeeeeeeeeeemy Peanut lead the US delegation??? Why Not!!???
Good morning and thank you Chairman, everyone!
I do not think the US should have a delegation at Arafat's funeral. Carter may go as a private citizen, but no official US delegation.
Listen to Steve and Brian whining on Fox about how things are going in Fallujah.
Not just pining for the fjords?
To be really accurate, that "map" should have a little blue speck toward the Canadian side that represents Crook Co. Illinois.
Must be getting close to the holidays, Christy Lane commercials on Fox again.

Oh no....Dog becomes very nervous.
Washington had a former governor, Mike Lowry, who was almost a dead-ringer for Arafat when he grew his scruffy beard. Wish I could find a good picture of him like that.
Thanks for the link.
kay, I love that story about the Spanish PM! What a hoot. I also love it that we're made aware of it! HOOOOOOOOOOHAH!
Blessings and Honor to all our Vets on this Day, which is also the day my father, a Navy vet, died 4 years ago.
"....I am but waiting for you,
for an interval,
Somewhere very near,
Just round the corner.
All is well."
And here is another poem:
That would be scary. I think I would dye my hair or something to downplay the resemblance.
Are there any plans for your day off?
I just brought the flag back in. It is gray, overcast and misting here. If the sun comes out, the flag will be flown again.
Wow! Go Hitchens. No one can skewer the left like one of their own.
I am in the process of putting together a personal Veteran's Day tribute which I will email to my "list". ( FR sources & misc archives.) I have many of you on the list & many will get it.
IF YOU WOULD LIKE IT, please Freepmail me your email addy. If you think I may not have your addy, resend. I had some computer problems this past year & have
had to redo my book. Of course you are free to forward it. I will NOT send you this if you just registered today. Everyone here understands why.
