AMERICA - The Right Way!! (Day 1388) [Remember the Trade Center!!]
Various News Sources and FReepers | November 8, 2004 | All of Us

Posted on 11/08/2004 4:28:08 AM PST by Chairman_December_19th_Society

We will not tire, we will not falter, and we will not fail!

Good morning!!

Do not let the victims of the attacks on New York and Washington, nor the brave members of our Nation's military who have given their lives to protect our freedom, die in vain!!

And so the democRATS continue to look out upon their election wasteland, pondering what could have been...

"Guess I'll need a ranch out there in South Dakata," said Tom Daschle, as he reflected upon the loss he took on November 2. "I'll teach those darn Dakotans a lesson, I'll be in their face every day, all year. By the way, Nancy, where is South Dakota?"

Why, it's just west of Minnesota, one of the few states we were able to work our special election magic," said Nancy Pelosi, responding to the request from the recalcitrant Senate democRAT leader.

"We would have won them all had John Kerry not flip-flopped on us and pulled our election specialists at the last minute."

"You're right, Terry, it's hard to know who to trust anymore. But that call you made to Ohio, Hillary, that was priceless, but I just can't get over the fact that Senator Kerry refused to stick to the script. He was supposed to use all those trial lawyers you had so thoughtfully pre-positioned in Ohio just for that purpose."

"Yes, Nancy, I had it all set up. I had the extra ballots all printed, and everything was ready to go, just according to the plan we had laid out. We had those devilish Republicans sweating, Hillary had our network partners on board, and John does us in. We would have had Ohio with just a couple more hours. My staff had the story all ready that dozens of ballot boxes had just been discovered in Cincinatti--we have to credit Paris Glendenning, that stunt of his in the 1994 election in Maryland was shear brillance. And we were ready to do it again!"

"Yes, he was a trailblazer. He knew how to get things done, how to protect the citizens, how to make sure that we took care of them because we know what's best for them. John just couldn't shake that flip-flop habit of his. We were even ready to announce that he had lost the election before we won it.

"Nancy, you are so right. If you can't trust a fellow democRAT, who can you trust?"

For AMERICA - The Right Way, I remain yours in the Cause, the Chairman.

Are you Little Red Riding Hood? :-)

LOL! Over here, not even the HOOD part. My little Suzuki Shogun would be laughed off the road. A major part of our responsibilities this year is touching base with our constituency and garnering more (w/2 kids in college our salary went up!). Hence, we travel to churches on weekends and do presentations.

Metatarsal.

She had to quit teaching Jazzercise. She has tendonitis in her ankle. :(

I think she still teaches tap. She said the Jazzercise took too much energy with her hurt ankle.

Dolly, per your question yesterday....Son sounds quite happy, tho busy, in far away Oregon!

kay, I first saw the alert about the aurora borealis about 8:15. Really didn't see anything outside, and checked a couple more times with no results. How 'bout you??

AND Congrats on your newest grandchild!! Happy & relieved you must be!!

2/3rds , Denver son was a little miffed last week about the CO results, but sounded more reconciled....and rested...yesterday.

He had a good point: Salazar should be "watchable" on certain issues, like taxes...after all he comes from a pretty conservative state, and ran fairly conservatively. Keep the pressure on him!! Does that make sense to you, too??

Good morning, till...

the media should never have let the politicians set the agenda, the media should have stepped in and done it.

I thought that's what they did(CBS,especially) and why they lost.

What a great opening, Chair! I read it to my dad and husband as they got ready to go golfing and they were laughing all the way out the door.

Good morning, Jane! In addition to him knowing the American people are behind him, he can now refocus on the WoT, no longer having to WASTE so much of his precious time devoted to that awful campaign against the vicious attacks of the demoCRAT.
