I'll drink to that! Old Media it is from now on. As a result of the trouncing the RATS got in the election, the heretofore "Main Stream Media" has ceased to exist, and thus they are no longer Main Stream.

OH BEAUTIFUL! PERFECT. I doubt anyone in history has been more like the French Aristocracy on the eve of the French Revolution then the Modern American "News" Media

If this new term sticks, I may have to change my FR name.

I like "Propagandist" too....but, knowing that 49% of the American voters are rather idiotic....I'll got with "Old Media." I think they can understand the littler words.

hahaha! excellent choice of words. Fusty and Hoary are my favorite. And Dan Rather is probably quite moldy, if you ask me.

Bernie Goldberg on O'Reilly...

One of the best O'Reilly segments I've seen in a long time.

I agree, "Old Media" is a good term.

A vanity is a vanity

So we should all just IGNORE this terrific thread? It has been a long, hard road to this election. Lighten up, woncha? Or, if you can't do that, send in the Posting Police and be done with it. Send all of our clever words into ye olde cyberspace. See if I, a monthly donor, care! :o)
