Upon the hearth the fire is red, |
Still round the corner there may wait |
Home is behind, the world ahead, |

Wow...that smilie has amazing bladder control!
Good morning, Corin.
I've got a busy day today too..co-op with the jedis. We'll do school there.
Morning..... Have a good day!
It's either Det 1 HHC 108 Avn or B Co 1-108 Avn- both are Blackhawk units out of Tulsa. (I don't know much about the designations of the different units.)
You can call the Oklahoma Military Department at (405) 228-5000- they should be able to tell you mailing addy's or direct you to the right person to talk to.
I realize the waving back thing is exciting... but I seriously think you should leave it out. Big'ol concurs.
Ok. I'll give it some more thought and see if I can figure out a way to not get them in trouble, but still let them know without a doubt who I am...
Hmmmm....
Wonderful. Military hardware gets the blood flowing, doesn't it. ;-)
I found out it's the UH-60 that they're flying...these are green and I've never seen a mark on them or anything.
This website gives a number...

What I'm going to do is go back and only reference myself and the jedis waving in the letter.
Can you take it out of the box, and leave the box at the store? You could probably fit the smaller parts in your Jeep without the need for all the packing materials.
Have you used the Ricotta cheese as your dessert? Apparently you could bake it, if you want, so you could do that with the chocolate in it, I guess. I like it with Splenda, Almond extract and chopped toasted hazelnuts.
Congrats on breaking the stall, by the way. I'm hoping that doing the hydrobics twice a week will keep me heading down steadily, but I'm looking at a year or more to get down to my lowest adult weight, which was back in 1984, a couple of years after our #2 son was born.
Eh...I didn't care for the ricotta desserts much. I like it in pasta dishes or with eggplant, but didn't really care for it as a sweet. The texture partly, I guess, and I don't have anything I can use to make it smoother.
Let me cogitate on that a bit....
I'm sometimes frustrated at how slowly I've been losing...I'm averaging maybe half a pound a week, since I stall, lose a couple, stall, lose a couple.
It'll have taken me just about exactly a year if I hit my final goal when I think I will, in mid February. I'm ultimately aiming for my boot camp weight, but if I'm happy with where I am in five or six pounds, I may not bother.
Hydrobics sounds like a great way to go, though! I'm doin' OK with just walking on the treadmill, but it IS vey boring. At least the books on tape are helping. And I'll get to do snowshoeing soon!
I don't mind the texture, and I discovered I like it much better than the low-carb ice cream, so that's a good thing, since the low carb ice cream still has 6 times the carbs per serving as the ricotta cheese!! I might try doing the ricotta in the micro with some sugar free chocolate, then chilling it.
I had a lot of custard for awhile there, too. That was another good dessert. Used skim milk, which I think meant it took a bit longer to cook, but it worked!
I haven't done much baking for a long while. I should get back into that...it'd warm up the house!
And now I could have fruit with the custard.
That's the safest course. I believe the Nat'l Guard's birthday is Dec. 13. Perhaps you can arrange for the jedis to meet the pilots and bring them cookies. ;)
As much as I don't like the cold, I think I'd like showshoeing! I tried Cross country skiing once, but still ended up down in the snow several times. If it hadn't been a slightly warm day, I'd have been a very unhappy camper! With the snowshoeing, it's like taking a walk, though with more exertion. The exertion would help keep you warm, though, so that way it wouldn't be too bad!
And it's slow paced...high speed is fun, but kinda scary. And it's also something a whole family can do together for less than it would cost for skiing.
And you don't HAVE to have a broken trail, though it makes it easier...
People even snowshoe on some of the easier trails in NH, like near the Basin! I'd like to try that, maybe.
C'mon, snow!
Congrats! I'm glad you're down! You need a treat... ok, I'll do my utmost to get some FMA out to you on Wednesday. (Episode 49 will be available then, what's the last one you've got?)
It's Monday. Mondays, to put it politely, suck. On the plus side I get to watch anime for an hour tonight without feeling guilty....
Trying to remember what the last one I have...I want to say 43? But I can check!
Yeah, Mondays are rough. And when it's this cold, it's very hard getting out of bed! My house was chilly. And it didn't help that the animals just looked at me like I was nuts and went back to bed.
Must be nice...
The markings will be either dark grey or black, so you won't see them unless you VEY close to the aircraft.
