The death toll is kind of shocking, to tell you the truth, and I guess it could have been worse.SSQ just told me he read that 30 people are still missing from the Innerarity Point area of Perdido Bay. It was a fairly low lying area, and it is STILL under several feet of water. He said that most of the Perdido Key Blvd. is no longer there! That's the road that leads to the AL line, where the Flora Bama still stands, barely!

Yes, I really like the retro-techno look, from the ads. Also, the local movie-review idiot didn't like it, which is usually a sign that I will...Our local reviewer rated the movie as "fair". But said if you were a comics geek, it would be fabulous. Sounds like an endorsement to me.
I'm suspiciuous of movies with only 107 minutes run time, but I find the architecture and art appealing. In the same way, I like the Batman movies, solely for the depressing quasi-stalinist gigantism and gloom.
