I'm really bummed about missing church. We only have communion once a month, and this was the week, and next month I'll have moved. Oh well.

We gots redheads in the grandkid group!!! I love it! I always *so* wanted a redheaded little girl! Now I got a redheaded granddaughter and a redheaded grandson! :-)
Well the stuff is out of the house so the new folks can move in. They're renting until closing on the 9th....yes, it's in writing.
Oh my gosh!!!! Is this that neighbor kid down there or somebody else? Those were the cutest sight swimming up. How horrible to do that! :-(

Feelin' kinda sad? I got a potential buyer for my house here now too. We've been playing phone tag for a couple of days. I guess I'll have my home place sold soon too.

Well, even if they have both, they can only be one place at a time. Same with snowmobiles, ATVs, you name it, there is a certain percentage of jerks that don't know how to responsibly operate them.

I've pretty much given up on Wichita Falls ever feeling like home. It's just too flat and dry. That makes it worse with having to sell this place.
Good for Dona!! Too bad somebody didn't have a tranquilizer gun with a nice long range. What a jerk! I'm glad to know the goslings are all ok.
We have a pair of geese and their babies living in a swampy area across the street from our Public Works Dept. I haven't seen them try to cross the street yet. They seem content to stay near the water, but they'll come up the embankment to the side of the road and peck around in the grass. They must have gotten used to the traffic early on because it is a busy road, and they don't even flinch when cars go by.
