Welcome to The Hobbit Hole!
Still round the corner we may meet...
New verse:
Upon the hearth the fire is red, Beneath the roof there is a bed; But not yet weary are our feet, Still round the corner we may meet A sudden tree or standing stone That none have seen but we alone. Tree and flower and leaf and grass, Let them pass! Let them pass! Hill and water under sky, Pass them by! Pass them by! |
Still round the corner there may wait A new road or a secret gate, And though we pass them by today, Tomorrow we may come this way And take the hidden paths that run Towards the Moon or to the Sun. Apple, thorn, and nut and sloe, Let them go! Let them go! Sand and stone and pool and dell, Fare you well! Fare you well! |
Home is behind, the world ahead, And there are many paths to tread Through shadows to the edge of night, Until the stars are all alight. Then world behind and home ahead, Well wander back to home and bed. Mist and twilight, cloud and shade, Away shall fade! Away shall fade! Fire and lamp, and meat and bread, And then to bed! And then to bed! |

Evenin'... seems the elves took some lashings while you weren't lookin'. :-)Hey Darlin'! Why am I gettin' beat up today? I haven't had time to be around enough to find out what I did!!! How unfair!!!
And on another note.... there was excitement at the school tonight. As I've mentioned before our campus shares the building with the county jail annex. There was an escape from jail during night class tonight! Made for interesting evening times! LOL

Hey, Jen! How was the last Ranma? You going to bed now?

Of course, we have the most beautiful AND USEFUL weapons! :-) When you're immortal, you have plenty of time to design things that are both practical and beautiful.
Speaking of design, how much time do you have to get ready for that kiddie CAD course? I just stumbled over a $40 piece of software called "Virtual LEGO". It's intended to let you design monster Lego models, and then build them. It has all the official pieces, and subassemblies, and copies of freeware for working in Lego. I don't know any more about it, but you should be able to google more.
If the interface isn't too hard, it might be just what the kids need. They could take a design from scope to real life, and watch as someone who can't read prints builds something you didn't want. Just like real life.

"Think "stuff you'd never really want but people buy it anyway..." That sounds kind of intriguing. Wondering what would be the criteria for assembling an inventory.

flashin'? Worse than I thought. Be on the front pages for sure if he's flashin'.
Just plain tired tonight. Gets weary being in the center of a maelstrom every single day.
