Look Who’s Fifty

It’s nifty, nifty, look who’s fifty,
I sure do hate that line.
Or Lordy, lordy, look who’s forty,
I’d never claim as mine.
One’s Birthday should be something special,
Let’s treat them with respect.
With Reverence and somber thoughts,
All joking is suspect.
International American,
Turned fifty just today.
So bow your heads and say a prayer,
Our help we must display.
He is so old and running down too,
I know he has no fun.
Please help him Dear Lord to eat and breath,
Next year he’s fifty-one.
