Brown is not a good color for tap water.

Yeah, but fortunately I have lots of bottled spring water on hand...remember? I used to keep it under the dresser? Since I got the house tidy, it has it's own place in the saferoom closet.

I'll bathe in the brown water, but I won't drink it or cook with it!

Probably they are working on a line somewhere...it knocks deposits off the pipes or something...at least that's what they tell us.

I don't know of the space thingy since I haven't used equation editor. But, I'll take your word for it. With each new version of Word I find something I gotta find my way around though. Nothin' is simple anymore!

Huh - I have never lived on a water system other than a private well. I feel out of control enough now with the store owning the well and needing to shut it down from time to time.

I don't know what it is with the space thingy, but every time I got out of the equation editor it would put a space right in the middle of the word "Concentrat ion".

I miss being on well water. We had a water coop back home. Water was great. Maintenance was done by my cousin and my neighbor/friend Tommy. Always knew when something was going to be done so had plenty of time to draw up some water. This didn't happen often since it was a small coop. Good water, good service. No brown water.

but I really think that he's merely a window into the current "progressive" thinking. I think this is what they really do happen to believe.

Grrrr....anyway....I ended up just deleting the whole equation and typing it in again. Of course now the font style and size are different from the other equations.

And another thing....I've got my dictionary set to "English, US" and it keeps giving me these dang french spellings!

Yes it is. That's why I went the extra distance for insurance and a return receipt. I was hoping that would deter sticky fingers. And the radios arrived, too. It's like Santa's elves were a little late, but they made it through

I suspect Maj. Wes might have his Hobbit Hole package by now, I may receive an email (I did give him my email address) or I may get a letter in the mail. Or not. Who knows? I suspect though, I'll hear something...because he is Steve's best friend's brother. When and if I hear anything, I'll be sure and let everyone know.

I figure he got could get it anytime, from Wed to tomorrow....Tomorrow would be nice, huh? Get a nice knife for Valentine's Day?

Good morning everyone... some snow flurries occuring around town this morning. Supposed to turn into rain during the day, then back into sleet/snow this evening.

Rose is getting ready for her interviews... she actually has two interviews today! They are for two positions which are essentially the same. We're not sure of the times, though, so we'll probably be gone all day.
