I have this image of Fatty, walking up and down the fenceline, a sandwich board across her back: "Will work for (tennis) shoes."

I bet he had some really interesting stuff to say when he was able to talk about it.

The main thing was that the doctors and nurses didn't get up to near the hijinks portrayed in the movie and TV show. They just didn't have the time! They were dealing with battlefield injuries which were the worst because those men couldn't be flown any further without dying. Those MASH units had a phenomenal survival rate! As I said, Uncle Henry and his colleagues in Korea developed some new techniques for dealing with vascular injuries simply because they HAD to!

I have a friend who raises miniature horses at her farm here in town. They own 125 acres in the middle of Shrewsbury! They raise the horses, ducks which are sold to game preserves, rainbow trout which are used to stock their pond for fishermen who buy passes to come fishing, and pheasant for the gourmet restaurant trade. They are a hard working family. They started the fishing and the duck thing so their two kids each would have a business of their own!

Talked to your Grandma tonight by phone. She says tell you she loves you and is praying for you Tell Grandma I love her too. I got an e-mail from Karen a while back...she said that her and Maddie were making cookies. Ask her how come I never saw any of those cookies? Have not heard from her or Beverly for a while.
