The Hobbit Hole VI - And Whither Then? I Cannot Say...
Posted on 01/31/2004 9:52:08 AM PST by ecurbh
Welcome to The Hobbit Hole!
And Whither Then? I Cannot Say...
The Road goes ever on and on
Down from the door where it began.
Now far ahead the Road has gone,
And I must follow, if I can,
Pursuing it with eager feet,
Until it joins some larger way
Where many paths and errands meet.
And whither then? I cannot say.

No,
don't do it in a bathtub.
A superficial cleanup is easier in a bathtub, but a tub, be it porcelain or fiberglass, holds blood evidence that can't be scrubbed away. And if you rinse the blood down the drain, you'll leave evidence in the drain trap.
No, best to do it the way Tony Soprano would ... in a butcher shop. Better tools, and the blood evidence is meaningless ... it is a butcher shop, after all.

Sigh... I think I'll refrain from the chopping and get someone else to do it for me. Don't want to get my pretty little hands dirty!
Besides, I'd probably try using lime to dispose of the body, assuming I had enough time to do so.

So I guess that was your accomplice in the wood chipper?
To: Ramius; JenB
If you have your own septic system the "evidence" is still on site in the septic tank for far too long. exactly... I gotta lagoon... so that wouldn't be wise... but I gots a hunert acres adjoinin' 4000 of wilderness crawlin' with varmints and coyotes... a body is bio-degradable, and it helps ther indigenous flora and fauna...

Well just remember: A friend will help you move.
A *really good* friend will help you move bodies. :-)

Just as long as you don't let stoopid kids wander across your land to happen across it.

I like the way you think. I think.
To: Ramius
And a lousy friend is a good person to plant a body on.

Or... like in Scott Peterson's case... the good call was dumping the body in the bay. A better call would've been dumping in the ocean only a few miles away.
The really bad call was the prosecution announcing to the world for a couple of months in advance exactly where Scott went fishing on Christmas day. Of course giving anybody else a perfect spot to drop off the body in order to make it look like Scott did it.
Of course, I still think he did... I'm just sayin...
To: Rose in RoseBear
Can't they find bone fragments, even after incineration?
How about switching caskets at a funeral? Tricky to pull off, and you've still got a dead body, but at least it's not your victim.

Always good to meet a fellow MSTie!Since about Season Two! :)
To: g'nad
Can't imagine why. :-)
I dunno... whenever we carried jar-heads around they kinda' scared us too. "There's just somethin' not right with those dudes..." :-)
I think it was something about the way they obsessed on sharpening knives all the time. Maybe that was it.
