Horses is funny creatures!
I am excited that ecurbh has a saddle now that he can be comfortable in. He wasn't going to like my English Saddle. And I tried it on Bay when we got home. He has a tough back to fit at 22 years old and a life of heavy riders behind him, but I am pretty sure it is gonna be right. The saddle guy is coming out next week with a special pad that he will make just right.

They do grow up fast...doesn't seem like that long ago when I used to rock my littlest sister to sleep, when she was just a little baby. Now...she's getting set to overtake me in height. And the youngest brother will be sixteen this year. *snif* I remember when we taught him tricks like he was a dog and took him round to show off to the neighbor kids. ;-) 's what older siblings are for!

I thought I was in heaven when I was in Venezuela. Down there the stuff is like pecans here. There are so many they just let 'em fall on the ground and rot! Them and lemons. They were much better than here too!
