Marl says Aki is the most laid-back horse, never mind stallion, she's ever worked with. She said she'd like to enter him in one of those "liberty" classes that the Arab show offers at the same fairgrounds where the dressage group shows. That's where you take your horse into the ring, take off his halter, and let him run around like crazy for three minutes while everyone in the stands hoots and hollers and bangs on things to encourage the horse to gallop, showing his form. The trick is the owner then has 30 seconds to catch the horse after time is up, get his halter back on, and lead him out of the ring.
She's afraid that rather than gallop around the ring, he'd mosey over to the people and go from person to person looking to get petted. He feels people should be petting him, and oohing and ahhing over him, rather than making all that noise, and expecting him to run. So Marl feels that until they have a "love sponge" event, she probably won't risk entering him in a "liberty" event.
