The Hobbit Hole VI - And Whither Then? I Cannot Say...

Welcome to The Hobbit Hole!
And Whither Then? I Cannot Say...
The Road goes ever on and on
Down from the door where it began.
Now far ahead the Road has gone,
And I must follow, if I can,
Pursuing it with eager feet,
Until it joins some larger way
Where many paths and errands meet.
And whither then? I cannot say.

Tron is a fun movie! All you computer folks would get a kick out of it!It's one of those movies I keep meaning to see :) I guess I'll stop putting it off and look for it next time I go to the video store.

I'd love to see something from you, in return... hint hint...I'm workin' on it! :) The first two chapters are okay, maybe I'll send you those while I'm editing the rest.

No, but I've got 3MB of lame*** French marines trying to "take" a beach.... if yer interested. If this is the clip I think it is, it's actually a British spoof of something or other. (You know British humor). They're wearing British desert camo, and carrying those funky Enfields. That eliminates SAS and SBS, since they carry M-16s. So it's either Army or Royal Marines, out having some weird fun.

LOL! Sounds funny :) Do they surrender to the seashells or something, then? :) Now as I'm thinking about this I'm remembering that old comic-book weight-lifting ad, "The Insult that Made a Man out of Mac", where a 98-pound weakling is sitting on the beach and a bully comes along and kicks sand in his face--anyone else remember that? :)

Evening; nice rain today, rained all the way to Columbia and back, seems to have rained a lot more here though, checking the creeks on the way back. Very glad the precip wasn't snow oriented. :-)

has to be an undefended beach...
To: osagebowman

Heh; not many of those in Kansas. :-)
Evening g'nad, much weather your way?
To: Fedora
Mm, go ahead and send whenever/whatever you like... is it finished, is that what you mean by editing? Or just that you're editing what you've written?

Very glad the precip wasn't snow oriented. :-)Sounds like part of the same front we've got moving in here. The weather says to expect a "squall" around midnight tonight--not sure exactly what that means for precipitation, but the wind's supposed to be about 20-25 mph.

has to be an undefended beach...LOL! Either that or the enemy consisted of cheese :)
