If this is the clip I think it is, it's actually a British spoof of something or other. (You know British humor). They're wearing British desert camo, and carrying those funky Enfields. That eliminates SAS and SBS, since they carry M-16s. So it's either Army or Royal Marines, out having some weird fun.

Sounds funny :) Do they surrender to the seashells or something, then? :) Now as I'm thinking about this I'm remembering that old comic-book weight-lifting ad, "The Insult that Made a Man out of Mac", where a 98-pound weakling is sitting on the beach and a bully comes along and kicks sand in his face--anyone else remember that? :)
