Welcome to The Hobbit Hole!
Where Many Paths and Errands Meet...
The Road goes ever on and on
Down from the door where it began.
Now far ahead the Road has gone,
And I must follow, if I can,
Pursuing it with eager feet,
Until it joins some larger way
Where many paths and errands meet.
And whither then? I cannot say.

I wish you could have stayed longer at Entmoot, Corin. It was so fun when we were all there.... we did a lot of fun things but my favorite was definitely seeing The Movies together.

Can you spot the mistake in one of the names on the menu?Typo - shouldn't the name be "MaddOcks, Artie", and not "MaddIcks, Artie"?

It could be! I'm pretty sure they changed his last name from the comic book, but I don't remember what his last name was in the comics so I can't say for sure.
The mistake I was thinking of was "Dane, Lorne"... unless Lorna has had a sex change!

I want to thank you again for telling Ramius the 'secret handshake' so he could show us how to get the DVD player working on the laptop. We enjoyed a couple of movies on the way back on the train, and Joseph was able to play his "Age of Mythology" game, as well! I showed SSQ how to do it today, so he's clued in. He'll work later on trying to figure out what's hanging it up.

I just want to say THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! for telling me anout the Cold-eeze. I am feeling 10 times better than I was yesterday. I feel like I might be alive again....
I did have a rough night though. My little one was sick from 3:45am til 6:00am vomiting. SO, I had to get better. That mom instinct kicked in and said, "get over yourself already, you have a sick child, who cares how you feel".
I have been up all day cleaning the house from top to bottom with bleach and lysol. Everything from the toilet to the light switches and telephones.
So any, THANKS AGAIN! I will tell everyone I know about Cold-eeze!

Have you had a chance to copy pictures to your computer yet? I know you had some really nice ones of g'nad's kids...I'd love to have them.

Well, the boys are still not back from the pinewood derby! I've got three loads of wet clothes waiting to go to the laundromat!
Still, I've taken the opportunity to pamper myself a bit. Gave my now much better-looking feet a pedicure and polished my toenails red. Then after my toenails dried, I slathered my feet in Mango body butter!
Now that my house in all spiffed up, I feel like I should perhaps take a bit a time and work on myself!

Regarding sharing all the entmoot pics...
I will be putting together a web page(s) on the Flat Frodo site to commemorate the event, including a photo gallery. If you have photos or anything else you would like posted, just email them to me.
Stay tuned for further updates.

I told my sister, the one who's seen a little "Escaflowne", about the "Van-sama!" thing and she laughed... I also informed her that she's coming to the next of these events and she agreed, so we just need to work out where and when!

Yayyy!!! We beat UCONN!Congrats. Unfortunately, AZ lost again this week, this time to USC. I think it is the first time we have lost two games in a row in about a decade.
They play UCLA tonight.

I've got 3 more exposures on my regular film so you'll have to wait until I can get them developed.

Sounds good to me. Where do I sign up for all that pampering? : )
To: PurpleQ
Unfortunately...nobody does it for me. :-(
I need a hair cut so bad...but I just spent $30 on bagels! LOL

I pooped out on the cleaning. Had a headache and snoozed through halftime and the first 3 minutes of the second half. I feel better now, though.
To: 2Jedismom
LOL I know...it was a sacrafice. Which do you choose bagels or a hair cut?
But I know what ya mean. I have to do all my own pampering too. I have never had a pro do my feet. And I have always gotten my hair cut by family:mom or father-in-law.
