Al Qaeda again threatens New York, Washington and Los Angeles - Daily Terror Threat

A new message was posted in the last few hours by the Jeddah-based al-Qaeda-linked Al-Islah (Reform) society calling on Muslims to flee New York, Washington and Los Angeles in advance of major al Qaeda attacks in those cities. This is revealed by DEBKAfile.

The message accuses the United States of predetermining its end (doom) by its policies. ?The Jews rule the Pentagon by remote control and (are the cause) of Muslims being killed in every corner of the world. The United States should therefore expect more blows.?

The message is signed on behalf of the al Bayan (The Threat) movement by ?your warrior brother, Abul Hassan al Khadrami?.

Our Muslim expert identifies the name of the signatory as belonging to a Yemeni from Hadhrameuth, the Bin Ladens? place of origin where Osama enjoys substantial tribal support.

DEBKAfile?s counter-terror sources stress that warnings appearing on these forums are taken both very seriously and with caution by the intelligence services keeping track of the terrorist network?s electronic traffic.

Last November, Jeddah-based fundamentalist forums addressed a message to an Al Qaeda member, saying whoever understands ? understands; whoever knows, knows, but we are marching towards an operation that will take us to Paradise. Three days later, the Mombasa Paradise hotel was blown up killing 12 Kenyans and 3 Israelis and a failed shoulder-launched Strela anti-air missile missed an Israeli airliner at Mombasa airport.

The last English-language message is pretty specific:

this is the last call for muslims in newyork,the east side, and LA to start leaving.

Combine that with the note above about the street vendor in NYC not being there Friday and today sounds pretty damned obvious to me, standard DEBKA-tinfoiliage notwithstanding.

There is another trick AQ uses..... they have a member sign up at Yahoo then type out a message....and never send it....then another member of AQ will excess that same account and read the unsent letter....then delete it.

Natch, I hope I'm dead wrong, but this dual eclipse thing during Ramadan does unsettle me a little. These nutjobs do seem to enjoy their symbolism and Islam is rife with it, it seems.

No question, that seems to be the case. I also think that "crying wolf" is part of AQ's psychological war plan, and every time Homeland Security bumps the color code, AQ is laughing, knowing that at some point the alert system will become meaningless. And while we should be concerned about the dirty nukes and chem/bio attacks, AQ could explode a half-dozen homocide bombers in Grand Central Station or Penn Station or both in Manhattan during rush hour and kill thousands of people.

This is a gread thread! This is one of the Main things I LOVE about the FReepers here. Look at these folks who are trying to "check out" the info on this guy's website. The searching......the investigating......sheesh, too bad "SeeBS", "Crescent News Network", "National Palestinian Radio", "All Blasphemy Channel", etc, can't do as well as the average FReeper!

In the nearly two years I've been here, DEBKA has been wrong a bit more often than right. I'd say they're fair game.

I have similar thoughts about websites like Debka. Bashing a conspiracy site is one thing but to call another Freeper a jerk for making a note of it is reserved for the DU'ers. Please have more respect. No one forced anyone to read this thread. Some are actually having fun with this thread by playing wannabe P.I. with the jihad losers on Yahoo.

it is just amazing to me, if they blow up those liberal mecca's, the conservatives of this country will still be left to destroy them, and we will.

While NYC is a liberal Mecca from a voter's standpoint, several million people a day commute to NYC to work from the burbs, which are Pub strongholds. Also, you are making a big mistake if you think that AQ holds Dems in higher regard than Pubs. They hate us all.

People speak of them destroying their own supporters by hitting traditional Democrat cities but I think that they don't really understand American politics. We're all satan to them.

They hit us big again like 9/11 and all but the most idiotic of anti-war folks are going to start supporting an all out attack (by us).
