In the nearly two years I've been here, DEBKA has been wrong a bit more often than right. I'd say they're fair game.

I have similar thoughts about websites like Debka. Bashing a conspiracy site is one thing but to call another Freeper a jerk for making a note of it is reserved for the DU'ers. Please have more respect. No one forced anyone to read this thread. Some are actually having fun with this thread by playing wannabe P.I. with the jihad losers on Yahoo.

Interesting that there's about 5x more hostility expressed toward Debka than AQ.

That is what got me irate - the insinuation that Debka critics are harder on Debka than al Qaeda, which to me is a despicable comparison.

No one forced anyone to read this thread.

And no one forces you to read the comments of Debka critics. Checking the veracity of media sources is one of the key functions of FR.
