Damm. It's preventing it here, not inflicting it there. *sigh*

I heard about on-line charter schools today.

Here's one that is based in CA, if the bioterrorism thing doesn't work out.

Good luck with all of it, Nully.

Three baseball fans were on their way to a game when one noticed a foot sticking out of the bushes by the side of the road. They stopped and discovered a nude female drunk and passed out.

Out of respect for the lady, the Cubs fan took off his cap and placed it over her right breast.

The Red Sox fan took off his cap and placed it over her left breast.

Following their lead, the Yankee fan took off his cap and placed it over her crotch.

The police were called and when the officer arrived, he conducted his inspection.

First, he lifted up the Cubs cap, replaced it, and wrote down some notes.

Next, he lifted the Sox cap, replaced it, and wrote down some more notes.

The officer then lifted the Yankees cap, replaced it, then lifted it again, replaced it, lifted it a third time, and replaced it one last time.

The Yankee fan was getting upset and finally asked, "What are you, a pervert or something? Why do you keep lifting and looking, lifting and looking?"

"Well," said the officer. "I am simply surprised. Normally when I look under a Yankees hat, I find an asshole!

Resty.. that is the center of town. You can park anywhere.. It was named after a Colonel or General during the Revolutionary War.

It is set between a few steep mountains.. and has quite a famous Bluegrass Festival there every year in a field close by. I have been to a few of them and they really are fun. It's a gorgeous and quaint spot.

One year the town cookout got rained out and they held in in that covered bridge..

It is one of my favorite areas up there, along with Granby in Vermont. Granby is out of a picture book beautiful..

What an adorable picture. How very cute and thanks everyone for all the photos. GRAN, splendid home and looks like it was a very merry Christmas. :) What are you doing this year? Have you seen the lights they place around the trunks of palms and drape over the branches? Spectacular, really. If you haven't seen these, I'll explain, if you are interested. If you have, what do you think?

Swervie, yes, Wings is working with a German U-boat, found in the Gulf of Mexico. Could be the same one you are asking about. I don't know where, exactly, they are working, just "in the Gulf." Sorry, I'll try to find out more.

Oh my goodness, I thank you so much. I've never had any hard feelings about any of it, and hope you don't. People who have strong opinions, can disagree at times, don't you think?

Money alone doesn't make us wealthy. It's a temporal thing that can be gone tomorrow. For me, true riches are found in God, family and friends.

God speed Conservababe, and take care.

Hi Sammie.. Do you mean the net lights? Our neighbors across the street from us really go into decorating, inside and out..back yard and front yard. They have everything lit up and I think they started using the nets lights last year..

All we have so far are spots under all the palms front and back. ( I was lucky to get those done, ifyanowhatimean?) The spots are for year round use, and we just change to color at Christmas..

What do I think? I looooooooooooove lights in the house and outside all year long. I'm a light freak.. So any lights are heaven to me.. ;)

I love the spots. No Gran, these aren't net lights. They are lights encased in a flexible cable. They wrap around and around the tree trunk. The lights in the fronds are fiber optic and stream down in a fountain like manner. Sooooo awesome. Some use the cable lights for the fronds too, and just let them follow the frond form, and cascade. It's beautiful. Lights on the trunks are red and I've seen red and green for the tops. They say it's easy to do, using those tube lights. The tube lights come rolled in a big package and you just knock yourself out wrapping trees. :)I think I could even do it.:)

Ringy, the shops near Sandestin use a lot of those around Christmas. They are spectacular.
