Another rogue judge just let an illegal alien off the hook for taking the lives of two innocent Americans.
In February, 53-year-old Haitian illegal immigrant Yvio Michel caused a horrific multi-car collision when he failed to stop his tractor-trailer on Interstate 75.
Hurshel Gipson from Lima, OH and his 11-year-old son Michael were killed in the crash. Hurshel’s wife Amanda was seriously injured as well, but survived.
In addition, four other victims sustained injuries.
However, thanks to Judge Tammie K. Hursh, Yvio Michel will be serving out an incredibly lenient sentence of only 20 days in prison.

Yvio Michel accepted a plea deal offered up by this woke activist judge.
Ultimately, he pleaded guilty to negligent homicide and vehicular manslaughter — and, he should have gotten a much longer sentence on both of those counts.
However, Judge Hursh suspended the majority of his sentence.
That said, Yvio Michel won’t be able to fully escape the hand of justice.
Once his 20 days in jail are up, ICE is expected to swiftly deport him back to where he came from.

Yvio Michel, 53, of Boynton Beach, Florida, pleaded no contest Wednesday in Lima Municipal Court to misdemeanor charges of negligent homicide and vehicular manslaughter stemming from the Feb. 28 crash in Allen County.
Judge Tammie K. Hursh found Michel guilty on both charges and ordered two mandatory 10-day jail sentences to be served consecutively, for a total of 20 days in the Allen County Jail.
Michel is scheduled to complete his sentence Sept. 21. Allen County Jail officials confirmed that U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement has placed a detainer on Michel and that ICE will be contacted when he completes his jail sentence.
During Michel’s arraignment in March, his attorney told the court that Michel is a Haitian national seeking asylum in the United States. It was also revealed during that hearing that Michel was living in the country illegally.
On the negligent homicide conviction, Michel was sentenced to 90 days in jail, with 80 days suspended and 10 days mandatory, and fined $500.
For vehicular manslaughter, Michel was sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 170 days suspended and 10 days mandatory. Hursh ordered that mandatory term to run consecutively to the 10-day sentence for negligent homicide.
Michel’s driver’s license was also suspended for two years, through Sept. 2, 2028, and six points were assessed against his license. He was fined an additional $500 and ordered to pay court costs.
As part of the plea agreement, prosecutors dismissed a second count of negligent homicide, another vehicular manslaughter charge and a charge of failing to maintain assured clear distance ahead.
What an absolute disgrace of a judge.

My thoughts? Judge Tammy thought he was a stud and felt she could make his life better.
Whoever business hired this Haitian should be sued out of existence.
