High-end athleisure brand Alo could face legal trouble after Turning Point USA CEO Erika Kirk’s private purchase history was allegedly leaked and used to smear her.
A TikTok content creator recorded a now-viral video this week claiming he received an email from "someone who works at Alo" who looked up Kirk’s account and found that she spent over $1,000 the day after her husband was assassinated. The TikTok creator, who displayed the receipt online, mocked Kirk over the timing of the "shopping spree."
The influencer – @markosbits on TikTok – insisted the leaked receipt would "completely ruin Erika Kirk’s entire story," and suggested that it proved she wasn’t grieving the morning after her husband was assassinated. The account has nearly 900,000 followers and the video has been viewed over 8 million times......."I was the one who made the Alo purchase, in person, in Utah. When we got the call that Charlie had been shot, we rushed from the office and into the airplane. We arrived in Utah with nothing but the clothes we were wearing. We were in those clothes all day at the hospital and slept in them that night," McCoy wrote.

My sympathies on the loss of your brother.
It’s disgusting how the left gas targeted a grieving widow to destroy. Hyenas!
Shouldn’t Ericka’s purchase account data be private?
Did someone connected to the store leak that information?
Petty and possibly illegal snooping by an idle, envious person.
I hope she sues that store to high heaven.
Also, that “Mark” needs his “osbits” severely kicked with steel toed boots. What an absolute ahole.
We spent a lot on clothes the day after my father in law died.
My kids had outgrown their nice clothes. I think I needed a dress shirt too.
That’s what you do.
Shshhhh....
You have to have appropriate clothing for a public funeral.
The left wing nuts are just nuts.
I still don’t understand why after Charlie’s murder liberals—and some so-called conservatives—rushed to attack Erika in such a vicious way. What could they possibly have to gain?
Bet it wasn’t taxpayers funds like democraps use. So, I don’t care.
That was my question - how did this personal information become public? And the same people who are shocked - shocked!!! - at this purchase are some of the same ones who praise Michelle Obama for her $10,000 handbags.
It this is all true, I doubt Erika Kirk will be hurt, but Alo will definitely suffer.
If not direct financial penalties, their reputation will be destroyed.
Their CEO will be groveling for forgiveness for the next 4 financial quarters.
They are a disease in the American citizenry. They seek to infect and destroy anything that speaks the truth about individual responsibility as to the pursuit of personal happiness, and American exceptionalism. It's time to stop tolerating and playing games with this cancer.
Because you don't simply murder someone that opposes you. You utterly destroy their family, usually by arresting them and sending them to labor camps, where they will be starved and worked to death. You may include cousins, aunts and the like. It serves to cow others that may have thoughts not to your liking. It is the socialist way.

I remember when my father-in-law died. Pretty much the second thing one of his daughters and I did was go to the store to buy my daughter a dress. The other aunt thought that was quite frivolous. But guess what? She didn’t have an appropriate dress for a funeral because she was like 8 years old.
The way people are jumping on Erika Kirk is really, truly disgusting. Can’t say any more than that, although I’d love to.
Erika should sue that store if they don’t fire that worker.
The worker has ruined the customer experience unfairly.
I did the same the day after my dad passed because I had flown from a different state when I got the call that he was rushed to the hospital. The airline lost my suitcase so I had to go buy some clothes for the funeral and enough until I got home or my luggage was found. It’s disgusting what some people will do to go viral or to hurt others! Charlie and Erika have children. They will see all this hate.
Exemplary behavior cannot be smeared.
I hope Mrs Kirk sues Alo into the dirt.
What a stupid, nasty employee.
I bought a suit soon after I lost Mrs. Chandler. A black one.
