Minnesota Rep. Ilhan Omar posted on X to suggest that President Donald Trump should be executed. She shared a clip of an interview with Trump on Fox News with the caption "The leader of the Pedophile Protection Party is trying to deflect attention from his name being all over the Epstein files. At least in Somalia they execute pedophiles not elect them."
In the video, Trump was asked about the rampant fraud in the Somali community in Minnesota, which has been the subject of DOJ investigations going back into the Biden administration. Dozens have been arrested and convicted, including primarily those of Somali descent and a few non-Somali Americans. The cases have seen Somalis open businesses for the express purpose of gaining government social services grants and then not providing any of the services.
"So you're gonna still go after the whole waste, fraud and abuse issue?" Fox News' Larry Kudlow asked Trump.
"Well, I am. In Minnesota, take a look at Minnesota. So we think it's at least $19 billion of fraud—medical, every fraud. Somalia has come in here, what they've done to our country, these people, they've come into our country, and what they have done with that fake congresswoman, she's so bad. No, we're gonna get to the bottom of it," he said.
The "fake congresswoman" he's referring to is Omar. Omar lived in a refugee camp before coming to the US. Once here, she reportedly married her brother in a Christian ceremony, though she is Muslim. In Islam, Christian marriages are not believed to be legitimate. Her brother then fraudulently obtained student loans and was able to attend college.
Omar's post suggests that Trump was party to the sex trafficking operations of disgraced, deceased financier Jeffrey Epstein because his name was in the files. The DOJ released some 3.5 million pages of documents and while Trump's name "appeared," many of those appearances were in the form of news articles and not through direct correspondence with Trump.
Trump had kicked Epstein out of his private Mar-a-Lago golf club for being "creepy," as White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt said. Trump's animosity toward Epstein has been well-documented for years and Trump also praised local Palm Beach police for looking into Epstein, saying "everyone" knew what he was up to.
Epstein was arrested and tried in Florida for solicitation of a minor for prostitution. He was later charged for sex trafficking and his companion, Ghislaine Maxwell, was charged, convicted, and sentenced to a 20-year prison term. Many high-profile Democrats, as well as members of the UK Labour Party, have been mentioned in the files. Virgin Islands Delegate Stacey Plaskett texted back-and-forth with Epstein during Trump's impeachment term so that Epstein could give her tips on how to question witnesses.

Somali’s are violent people.
I don’t see that she’s really very different from many Democrats.
Is this how they handle problems in Somali?
Gaslighting is so 2021….
Why didnt the democrats release them when they had full control with Biden?
Because…. Of A Pedophile, who molested his own daughter, actually in the WH. Trump actually released them😂
” At least in Somalia they execute pedophiles not elect them “
I predict this will come back to bite her.
That’s directly threatening the POTUS with death.
I wonder if that will earn a Secret Service visit?
US Sen Joanie Ernst told Fox News that Rep Omar’s “earmark” was presented to Congress as Omar’s do-good effort...... tax dollars for a phony Somali-invented “substance abuse clinic,”
Ernst then determined Omar perpetrated yet another funding fraud on the Congress
<><>the Somali organization was housed in a Minnesota restaurant
<><>run by three individuals who “share” the same residential Minnesota address.
Reality Check
A congressman who earmarks tax dollars for a phony cause faces severe legal and ethical penalties,
<><>including imprisonment,
<><>heavy fines,
<><>and expulsion from Congress.
This conduct falls under various federal laws related to fraud, embezzlement, false statements, and Criminal Penalties
The specific charges and penalties depend on the nature and scope of the fraud, but may include:
<><>Embezzlement/Misuse of Public Funds: Federal law prohibits the willful misapplication or embezzlement of funds that are the subject of a government grant or contract. A conviction can result in significant fines and imprisonment for up to 10 years, depending on the value of the funds.
<><>Fraud and False Statements: A congressman who makes materially false or fraudulent statements to government officials or during congressional proceedings can be charged under 18 U.S.C. § 1001, which carries a penalty of up to 5 years in prison.
<><>False Claims Act: The government can pursue civil action under the False Claims Act to recover up to three times the amount of damages sustained, plus civil penalties per false claim.
<><>Public Corruption: Abusing a position for personal gain is considered public corruption, and convicted officials may face lengthy prison sentences and Congressional Disciplinary Actions.
In addition to criminal prosecution by the DoJ, the House can take internal disciplinary actions:
Reprimand or Censure: A formal statement of disapproval requiring a majority vote.
Expulsion: The most severe punishment, requiring a two-thirds majority vote in the relevant chamber (House or Senate).
Examples of Past Action
Earmarks have been historically linked to corruption cases that resulted in jail time for members of Congress. For example, one former U.S. congressman was sentenced to 10 years in prison for orchestrating a scheme to defraud charitable donors and funneling proceeds for personal use and illegal campaign financing.
The legal and ethical consequences for such a breach of public trust are severe and can end a political career, result in substantial financial penalties, and lead to imprisonment.

Not so sure that any Islamist country executes pedophiles. Gays, yeah. But sodomizing little boys is very common in Muslim countries, according to what I’ve read - specifically what our military folks have said they saw when serving in Muslim places like Afghanistan. And they said it was all covered up by government folks too.
Somebody should tell her we’re thinking about executing fraudsters rather than electing them...
Reason number 3,567 to kick this foreign jihadi marxist 5th columnist piece of shit out of the country.
And yet. she keeps her job, with full benefits and privileges. Republicans are not aggressive enough to flush the venomous ones out of our system.
An elected official threatening the President faces severe federal penalties under 18 U.S.C. § 871, which classifies such actions as a felony. Convictions can result in up to 5 years in federal prison, substantial fines of up to $250,000, and up to 3 years of supervised release.
These threats are investigated by the U.S. Secret Service.
Key aspects regarding this penalty include invoking Legal Statute: 18 U.S.C. § 871 prohibits knowingly and willfully making threats to inflict bodily harm upon, or to kill, the President, Vice President, or other successors.
The law protects the President, Vice President, President-elect, Vice President-elect, and other officers next in line for the presidency.
The law covers both direct threats and written or recorded communications.
A key factor in prosecution is whether the statement was a “true threat” or mere political hyperbole, as the First Amendment does not protect genuine threats of serious bodily harm.
While the penalty is the same for any individual, an elected official convicted of this crime would likely face additional severe consequences, including removal from office and loss of public trust.

I think that when scholarly journals are publishing scientific research papers about sexual abuse in Somalia, Omar would be wise to keep her mouth shut.
She won't, but she should.

Somalia is well know for their strict AOC laws lol
can you imagine the outrage IF Pres trump said that about her?
Deport the brother-marrying skank. With apologies to most skanks, I did not mean to imply you are as bad as this one.
Not surprisingly the Omar and Democrats are smearing Trump and Republicans with guilt by association with Epstein. Of course it is a big lie. Omar is panicking because she’s guilty as sin. I can’t wait until she’s perp walked.
