That is less than 8 months away and they have not even started the foundation. There is so much material to be moved, both out and then new stuff in and even if they were working 24/7, I don't think there is enough time to do it.
If they are close as the date nears, maybe they double up on some of the construction, but moving too fast puts safety at risk and Trump always looks out for the workers.
