In an awesome raid out in California, the Department of Justice arrested ten suspects who are accused of attacking federal immigration authorities. The ten arrested are accused of attacking federal officers during riots regarding attempts to lock up illegal aliens in and around Los Angeles over the summer.
As background, the Trump Administration has prioritized cracking down on illegal aliens in sanctuary cities across the country, such as Chicago, Portland, and Los Angeles. As part of that, ICE has been fighting against rioters who have attempted to block them from doing their job and arresting illegal aliens.
Amongst the most damaging and violent riots against ICE occurred in Los Angeles over the summer, with a huge mob, many of the members of which were waving Mexican flags, torching property and attacking federal agents. While many were arrested at the time, the Trump Administration is now cracking down even more.
Such is what was announced in a press statement released by the United States Attorney’s Office for the Central District of California, saying, “Law enforcement has arrested a total of 10 defendants federally charged in three criminal complaints with engaging in violence and civil disorder against law enforcement officers and property during immigration enforcement actions in Southern California earlier this year, the Justice Department announced today.”
It added, “Ten defendants are in federal custody. One defendant is in state custody and is expected to be handed over to federal authorities. One defendant is a fugitive. All 12 defendants are charged with federal crimes alleging they committed violence against law enforcement authorities and property.”
Describing the sort of attacks and riots that occurred, the statement added, “During the Glass House Farms enforcement operation, protesters, including VC Defensa members, built a roadblock using farm equipment at the primary entrance and exit to the Glass House Farms. Due to the roadblock, federal law enforcement vehicles used an alternate exit via a dirt service road to leave the location. Government vehicles that exited the Glass House Farms and traveled south on this road were stopped by protestors, including individuals throwing rocks at the vehicles.”
It further noted, describing the intense attack on ICE, “When additional Government vehicles attempted to exit this road and travel north, protesters, including VC Defensa members, created a chokepoint and ambush of the vehicles. Specifically, at least two vehicles and several individuals, including one with a bicycle, attempted to block the government vehicles from exiting. Meanwhile, other individuals threw large rocks at the vehicles. During the incident, at least four government vehicles were damaged and at least one federal contract employee sustained injuries.”
Acting United States Attorney Bill Essayli, commenting on holding those rioters accountable, said, “There is zero tolerance for violence against law enforcement officers. During the summer we warned the public that anyone who engages in any violence will eventually be brought to justice. Today we are delivering on that promise and will continue to hold those who violated the law accountable.”
Further, in a post on the subject he made on X, Essayli said, “Promises made, promises kept. The President and @AGPamBondi made clear that we will find, arrest, and charge anyone who attacks our federal agents. This morning we arrested 10 defendants for engaging in violence against officers and property earlier this year in connection with anti-immigration enforcement protests. They are now in federal custody.
He added, “Among those arrested is Isai Carrillo, who was part of a violent group that attacked and threw rocks at federal agents as they exited the Glass House marijuana farm raid this summer. Peaceful protest is protected. Violence is not. Agitators who harm our officers, agents, and property will be brought to justice.”

Just a quick thanks, Red Badger, for your many and varied posts.
They are always interesting.
👍
😁..........................
The people protesting ICE arrests fail to remember deportations of illegals is one big reason why Americans elected Donald Trump. I’m insulted by their interference.
They think that they are untouchable.................
Post pictures of the one guy on the run, please. Come on, ICE, show us who he is.
He’s probably in Oregon by now hanging out at the Antifa headquarters in Portland protected by demoncrat scum.
I saw tons of carloads of Antifa types headed north to Portland on the freeway on my way home from work.
If they start a civil war…..they’ll LOSE.
Bunch of panty waists just like their democrat “leaders.”
They are always interesting.
 Agree! 👍
Thanks!.......................
What I find encouraging is the feds have them, not some local batch of ‘progressives’.

The President of Glass House Farms, the cannabis farm that federal immigration authorities raided in California on Thursday despite protests, has donated thousands to Democrats in California.
Co-founder, president, and board director Graham Farrar, who self-identifies on social media as residing in Santa Barbara, California, has made numerous political donations to the Santa Barbara County Democratic Central Committee’s federal political action committee and Rep. Salud Carbajal, D-Calif., according to Federal Election Commission records.
According to California public campaign finance records, he also donated $10,000 to California Democratic Gov. Gavin Newsom in 2018, and his most recent public political donation was to California Democratic Assemblymember Gregg Hart in July 2023.....
The dem foot soldiers don’t like the technology the feds used to catch gramma who walked across the Crapitol lawn used on themselves.
I hope they can charge them to the fullest and make those charges stick. No plea deals and no leniency. They should be made an example of. This stuff needs to stop.
Start passing out live ammo
Or hiding in the faculty lounge.
EC
Once again the VC need drilling.
If they start a civil war there will be a lot of damage in the big blue cities and the surrounding areas. I'm waiting to see what happens in the rural areas. Rioters are going to get the shock of their lives. They'll be up against some people who are very good shots and don't take kindly to trespassers. Their dogs don't either.

And the LA news gave “Breaking News Live” coverage of these events with helicopter overhead views and locations, showing where and how to get there.
Kind of like aiding and abetting.
