Kollyfornia (-5) has yet to redistrict, but already FL (2), OH (2), IN (1) and KS (1) announced they will redistrict, giving Rs 219 safe after factoring in Kollyfornia. That’s without a SINGLE FLIP of a tossup.
But the way voter reg is going, Ds by 2028 will be a minority party in PA (was D+1.1m in 2012), NC (+175,000 in 2020) and close to a tie in NJ. NH Rs have added a net 10,000 since the election, which Trump only lost by 19,000. Given that it ALREADY was an R state (with a lot of RINOs), it is also moving out of the range of competitiveness. Seth Keshel has NH tagged as the first state to flip blue to red in 2028.
Then you have the census. Say Vance wins in 2028, without a redo of the 2020 census: Rs will gain 14-20 MORE seats and red states 14 more EVs in the new census. DemoKKKrats are going extinct, and I am not engaging in hyperbole.
