While everyone was focused on Charlie Kirk’s assassination this Democrat judge in North Carolina ordered Iryna Zarutka’s murderer Decarlos Brown to be released from prison.

They are trying to make sure he doesn’t even go to trial and is set free.

The headline states he was released from prison, which is true. The headline does not state he was released from state custody, which you made up and then accused the OP of misdisinformation.

He had been in prison previously. Apparently, he was competent enough to stand trial before. He needs to be put down like a rabid animal.

I'm not trying to reason for either the perp or the system. Nor am I making excuses for anybody. I'm just telling you that going from jail to a psych ward is neither "release" nor picnic.
