Why wouldn’t King bother to look that up and prove Charlie Kirk said or advocated that? Now that Charlie’s body is dead, King attempt to murder his spirit, his reputation, his family. I'm guessing by left and right he's referring to common usage in the US, but since 200 years is close to it's 240 or so origin I'll note it.
