I saw this video yesterday. She’s a real peach, that AG is.

One thing she was screaming about (besides being an AG) was the cops had to turn their body cameras off just because she requested it. The Newport police have since issued a clarification. They have such a policy. But it only applies if the request comes from a victim or a witness, not a suspect.

That's how it's done by the book. No discussion. Tell it to the judge. The police are not your law enforcement concierge or interpreter to process. Keep your mouth shut. Any good and sober "AG" knows that.

I think this AG holds the title because she's Always Griping, about something, particularly when she's been drinking.

The cop did her a favor. He could have forced a BAC test and booked her on public intoxication and disorderly conduct. Both a big job killer for "AG's".

Observing professionals in action like that officer, sure makes me feel confident in their duties.

I don't like vulgarity and seldom use obscenities, but sometimes there's no better way to say it. Also obscenity can sink to the level of the addressee, i.e. the kind of language the addressee will understand and frankly deserves.
