Trump’s appointees to various posts in the bureaucracy should be looking out for this type of behavior. If a department’s work is so insignificant a number of employees can be absent for days, the department should simply be shut down. Give the states notice the department or agency is being eliminated. Tell the states they can either pick up the work, if it is important to the people of the state, or do nothing and the work the department or agency was doing will simply disappear.
The more federal government activity that can be performed by the states, or not at all, the better. Let the government focus on its enumerated powers in the Constitution. Everything else should be a state or local government activity.

Good to know. When such obstructionists are found, they should be fired. Better to have no one doing a job than someone who is actively undermining the job.
It's part of 'organizing'... and it's paid for by billionaires who have researched the cause and effects of what they're trying to achieve. A case can be made that it's a form of insurrection.
