This week, Levi's tried to counter Sweeney's promo for American Eagle jeans by creating their own ad featuring one of the biggest celebrities on the planet, Beyoncé.
Beyoncé stars in new ad campaign for Levi’s.
The singer appears with blonde curly hair in new photos released by the jeans brand.
It comes amid Sydney Sweeney’s new American Eagle ad being criticized by liberal activists who have claimed it is ‘racist.’

Exactly
Out of all the refugees from Faux News, Glenda Beck, Tucker Carlson, Ted O’Baxter, et al; I trust Kelly the most.
Sure she ambushed Trump in the first 2016 primary debate, but as she has later copped to, she was just following orders from above.
Tiny Brett Baier and Chwissy Wallace were just as culpable and they have copped to nothing.
I hear Baier still calls himself a journalist and is still big stuff on Faux.
Although I can’t say that for certain since I cut the cable in 2016.
I assume Faux News is still cuddling up to the Jurassic crowd with forty minutes of commercials an hour featuring hurry canes, Fred Thompson still pimping reverse mortgages lone after his death, and William Devane pushing gold.
We dropped them years ago.
They hate gun owners.
Screw them.
Bouncey butt appropriates White culture, yet she and her husband are massive racists.
I never heard of Sweeney before, and I’m not a Beyoncé fan.
But both the Left and the Right are being ridiculous about these clothing ads.
"It was a stupid move by Levi. One looks at the ad and one thinks of the AE ad."
appropriation
I'm not going anywhere near your boat.
I did but I dont any more.
I dont watch anything with ads
“I never heard of Sweeney before, and I’m not a Beyoncé fan.”
Ditto on both.
I don't watch TV. But, with all the overreaction to both ads, I looked up the Levi ads.
“My teen daughter has a few pairs of jeans…”
Now that you mention it I suspect modern teen boys view jeans as an”chick thing”. You see them everywhere on girls but rarely if ever on boys….
