This current upwelling of disruption and insurgency is the culmination of a long campaign by the international hard left. Trump has emerged, seemingly out of nowhere in their universe, threatening everything they have worked toward for several generations.

They see him, unconstrained by re-election politics, as making good on his promise to MAGA, something they cannot possible accept. This is the beginning of a last desperate attempt to “Bring the war home,” as they said in the sixties, and topple the American Nation once and for all. Rather than Ft Sumter, I would see it as their Tet Offensive.

And like Tet, it will be bloody but it will fail.

I disagree. I've follow Matt's articles/posts for many years and he always seemed well-informed with logical and well articulated posts. I didn't always agree, but for the most part I did.

I believe he simply found a broader audience for his positions as did Kristinn. I forgot Matt's screen name. Anyone remember?

I disagree. I’ve follow Matt’s articles/posts for many years and he always seemed well-informed with logical and well articulated posts. I didn’t always agree, but for the most part I did.

At least while a determined MAGA president such as Trump is in office.

As the record shows, Tet failed because the forces led by the U.S. decimated NVN's military forces and rendered them incapable of continuing. It took NVN two years after we left to rebuild and then re-invade SVN, albeit with the help of fellow travelers in our government.

It seems essential that we recognize at this time our entire education system, the MSM, the entertainment industry, and now more clearly the judicial system have all been geared by the infiltrated Dem party to continue to produce more "useful [voter] idiots".
